Every Christmas I travel somewhere a little extra special and soak up the magic of this season. Last Christmas we visited Berlin, Maryland – an adorable historic town located along Maryland’s eastern shore and within driving distance of Ocean City. This year I wanted something closer to home so we visited Peddler’s Village in Bucks County Pennsylvania; considered one of Philadelphia region’s top holiday photogenic spots! This charming country village provides all the magic one could wish for when looking forward to winter wonderland celebrations!
Things To Do in Peddler’s Village With over 65 boutiques, specialty shops, galleries and restaurants nestled along winding brick pathways, Peddler’s Village is an inviting destination any time of year. However, around November 2nd the spirit of Christmas begins to spread through its stunning display of lights and decorations – truly bringing holiday cheer into Peddler’s Village!
As one of the three most-visited tourist spots in Philadelphia region, this charming storybook-style village takes on new meaning this time of year. Every corner is illuminated with over one million sparkling lights making this destination truly worth a visit!
